Terms and Conditions Our promise to you is that when you purchase any item/s from 'frockme' that at all times you are buying quality.

Measurements -  On request we give you approximate measurments for frocks. Please check your measurements before placing your order. When you check your measurements it is best to check it against one of your own frocks (not your body). The bust measurement is taken across the chest (under each arm) and length from the shoulder to the bottom of the frock. 

Payment Options -  Payments for your order is to be received within 5 working days. You can make your payment by

Postal Charges & stock
All items posted with Australia Post and are tracked for your peace of mind .
Postage is a flat rate of $15.00.

We make every effort to ensure our stock is correct, however from time to time human error occurs, if an item ordered has sold out this is refunded immediately to the customer

When will my order be posted ?
All our orders are posted on the same day if received by 6pm.

International Shipping
The shipping costs for ALL international orders will be sent by email. International orders can make payment via credit card.

Returning Merchandise
We inspect every delivery into Frockme to ensure that the clothing you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, we will arrange free return delivery of your exact purchase when a faulty item has been received.

Need to return your item?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return to us in original new condition (This means with tag & packaging) within 7 days of receipted delivery for an exchange of size, colour or even to a new item all together  or a web merchandise credit valid for a full 6 months.
Returns outside of policy will not be accepted
Frockme do not issue refunds on change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes.

Frockme will not accept returns that are covered in animal hair, smoke odurs etc

A claim must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving the garment and returned to us within 7 business days or by other arrangement.

Any purchase more than 7 days is strictly not exchangeable or refundable for a store credit.

We do not exchange or refund on earrings

Please note when returning goods for a credit , the expense must be paid by customer

All returned goods must be received first before any exchanges can be processed

Returns must be returned to us in its original condition with all tags attached and the item be in its original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged in any way will invalidate any exchange or refunds.

Note: For exchange purposes - When trying on items please ensure you are not wearing any perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks the item. Please refrain from smoking or be in a room where the item may smell of smoke when you are trying the item on. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
